Reserved a table in advance- menu changes monthly but for $20 you get a 45 minute food/wine pairing adventure. Sushi, chicken skewers, cheesecake creme brûlée bites and prosciutto wrapped breadsticks- yum! We liked it so much we ordered more! Great service, great wines and food and fun place! Highly recommend!

The wine tasting is combined with food tasting. We had a group of 7 and 4 of us wanted to taste. The other 3 were not allowed to sit inside with us and we were not allowed to sit outside for the tasting. So since our whole group wasn't tasting, we either had to split up or leave. The staff... The building has been remodeled and they now offer wine & food pairing. My wife and friends have gone each month since they started offering this - Pairings change monthly. The chef was voted one of Americas Top Chefs - Ryan Thornburg does a great job.

The old pictures on website need to be updated. The site and the concept is totally new. Food and wine pairing. Tasting last about 45 minutes. Got to say that the chef is right on. Never tasted a wine that totally changed taste with food before. Hope the white fish appetizer is on the menu when you come. Well worth... More

The name came from the parents who own the Round Barn Winery and Brewery. The sons wanted to start their own winery and asked about help. The parents told them they had free run to do as they wanted. Hence the name. Their wine is great. Had an enjoyable time there. There isn't any food there.

Some nice wine, not the best in the area but definitely in the upper third. Friendly staff and beautiful location and building.

We visited there as part of a winery tour. It's a very nice place and they had great wines. I think that they should have had crackers or offered wine to cleanse the pallet but overall, it was a nice stop. I'm glad we went. their Cab is excellent.

This place is beautiful. There is a pond in the shape of an arrowhead, the vineyard is in sight of the new, tastefully decorated wine tasting room. The staff was so helpful with there recommendations on wines and how to ad lib with the wines and us in recipe's. I ended up buying 5 different kinds of wine and plan... More

Free Run does a fine job with small batch vines and spirits. An intimate tasting room in a great setting with a charming outside seating area. Bring a picnic, buy a bottle and enjoy an afternoon by the pond.
