Stopped for lunch while snowmobiling on trail 5 to Big Bay. The fish basket was pretty good, but the atmosphere was really cool with the old chainsaws hanging around, and all the history involved with "anatomy of a murder" movie.

The food is below average, it will do, but no more than that. Very friendly local place, very local. Maybe on a weekend when they are serving more people the food is better. OK selection of beer with at least two local beers.

This is the tavern made famous by the movie Anatomy of a Murder. Nothing fancy but beer is cold and locals are friendly. Go ahead and stop and enjoy the history

This is where the locals go to drink. It's worth the stop if you want to rub elbows with the local folks. Tip...aadon't order a fancy drink if you don't want to be called a tourist.
