Magnificent shore, very lively, full of people and parks, I advise the mayor to occupy the small abandoned aerial with gardens or small houses, so nothing will be "empty" inside the city. beautiful, let's go we're recovering!

The trail is still being built in some places, so you may have to detour back up to the street, but what has been completed is nice. The stretch near Daley Plaza is not as nice as the newer sections.

River walk is excellent, places to sit and watch the river, rent bikes or just stroll along the water.

The area is busy and there is a positive vibe. There are signs of growth. Lots of shops and eateries. The park is nice and hosts various events. We took advantage of Jazz in the park. You are close to casinos. Spectacular views abound.

The Detroit Riverfront was amazing and picturesque. People hung out to get some sun on their lunch break, kids, and families gathered around the splash pad. Great view of Canada and great play to hang out

After riding the people mover our family took a walk along the Detroit river. We had a nice view of Windsor, Canada and the Ambassador Bridge.

While it is broken up, the walkways offer great views of the river, downtown and Canada. I probably walked a bit over a mile and had a great time. In some areas there are two paths, one right at the water and the other 10-20...More

The riverfront walk is enjoyed by many in the evening - almost a festival atmosphere at times. It's also a good way to get to/from the Marriott RenCen to Cobo if you're doing a conference. Police presence is heavy when it needs to be, which...More
