Went to the downtown chilled by the lake with some friends, watching Canada from the states. The weather was cold but it’s winter. The Christmas market was fun.

Went to a baseball game. The weather was great, had great seats and the Tigers won in the 9th inning on a home run. Just a great time all around.

Detroit has had some hard times, so I imagined the worst. However, downtown is very well lit, is clean, becoming trendy and not like it has been portrayed over the past several years. Definitely go and drive around; and park and take a walk.
