There are so many things I love about Crossroads Village. Anytime of year you can find different things going on. Our favorite is the trick or treating through the village, we have been visiting the village for Halloween for the past 15 years. The village is lit up with subtle "scary" attractions for the young and old. It is a... More

We arrived on a Saturday a couple of weeks before Halloween. The weather was cool and dry, but windy. We took a train ride thru the "Hainted Forest" (the train Todd its normal route, but the woods were decorated for Halloween.) We saw goblins and ghosts, pumpkins and spooks, witches and scary monsters ( not really ).... All the while... More

Love the Halloween Ghost train. Fun Halloween decorations for all. It can be corny for the bigger kids but still lots of fun.

If you are looking for glitz and a fancy Halloween this isn't for you. This a safe, relaxed, comfortable bit a small town Halloween. It was so fun to go trick or treating from store to store and the workers were cute with the kids. Afterwards it was fun to enjoy the cider and doughnuts.

Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad is a wonderful site year around but through the month of October it goes to a whole new level of fun. The Village is composed of 34 old structures which were moved from locations around the county before they were destroyed. Here they have been restored and maintained. At Halloween it is home to ghosts,... More

I have been taking my family here for 25 years. We started by coming for Halloween; we also come at Christmas and during the summer. This is the best kept secret in lower Michigan. I tell everyone I know what a great place and what a great deal this is. If you have gone to Greenfield Village for Halloween- and... More

A very fun fall day activity! They pass out treats to all who pay admission, it is decorated with "kid friendly" fun haunted houses, donuts and cider included. We purchased the train ride too, a definite must if you go with young children! This is a very enjoyable place to take the family.

One of the best history attractions in Michigan. One of the few places in Michigan where you can still see a working steam locomotive. Love the special events such as Christmas at Crossroads, etc.

Attended wedding at the park Chapel. It was a great location, and a fun experience. Had the park all to ourselves. It's a really cool historical place with old buildings that have been relocated to the site. Train rides, excursion boat, carousel, and ferris wheel. Learn about history, and have a great day.
