What a beautiful museum! "Main Street" is adorable and offers many hands-on opportunities for all ages. All the kids in our group, ages 1-12, were highly engaged throughout the duration of our visit. Spending the whole day here is very easy to do. The carousel is a delight for all ages, offering a great view of the city as you... More

Excellent exhibits--very visually pleasing, interesting, easy to walk around. I would highly recommend for adults and children as there are interesting things for both. We spent 2 hours there and could have spent an hour more. Volunteers were very willing to share their knowledge and were very friendly.

Very interesting place to do in the winter time. My daughter's favorite was the carousel of course. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

I went to the king Tut exhibit then went through the rest on the place. You can spend a lot of time exploring. Absolutely beautiful.

This is my 3rd trip to the GR Public museum. (Titanic, Princess Diana, now King Tut). They have great permanent exhibits that are fun to wander through. The special exhibits are worth it, and the price is fair. They did a good job with this set up. We got there later in the afternoon (about 2:00) and had time for... More

Nice museum good flow between exhibits. You can easily spend two hours walking threw the standard museum. All special exhibits are extra. Carousel was fun and it's only one dollar a ride.

This is a really good comprehensive exhibit about drinking in the U.S. I must admit that I never realized how my ancestors were "addicted" to alcohol. I think the only thing prohibition did was to make a lot of money for the gangsters and bootleggers of the 20's. Sadly this exhibit is leaving on January 17, but there is still... More

We are members of the Museum and enjoy many visits with our grandson. This weekend our son and daughter in law got married there and it was like magic! The Museum staff and volunteers were wonderful about setting up everything for the reception, helpful with any questions we had and were great when working with the guests. The Old Main... More
