I love the John Ball Zoo! I am able to get in and out (seeing most of the zoo) in about 2 hours, which is great when you have a 1 and 3 year old! They love the Wallaby's, Wyatt the Red Panda, the Lions,...More

It's a great little zoo to explore, it's not giant so it doesn't get overwhelming. The food is actually really good. It's kept nice and clean, there's tons of stuff to do for kids.

I'm used to the gorgeous Detroit Zoo so maybe my opinion isn't fair. But it was okay. No flowers. There were some cute things for kids to play on. It is so hilly and hard to push strollers or pull wagons.

It was fun checking all the animals out but a lot of walking. I prefer Binder Park though. This is a good place to take the family and explore.
