The new tiger habitat is wonderful. Tigers have space to roam through the woods and we could get very close to them. The chimpanzees are active and fun to watch. You can also get really close to penguins. Because there is shade, it is good...More

This is the kind of zoo you can see in a day, without having the kids ask "are we done yet?" The exhibits are fun, the animals have spacious homes and the staff interact with patrons with enthusiasm. There are places to get snacks, food,...More

John Ball Zoo is a medium size zoo. It is a fun place for kids to see animals. The penguin, tiger and gorilla exhibits are especially nice. Walking is up and down with stairs.

I was expecting more. Bigger city than Battle Creek and the Binder Park Zoo was much better. We walked through this one in just about 1.5 hrs. Go to BC.
