We camped in the campground for three nights. The hosts there were amazing; so attentive and engaging. You could tell they loved being hosts. The campground is very nice. Bathrooms are clean. Sites are large. I would go back. We also visited the logging museum...More

This is a not to miss destination right of of !-75 north of Grayling, MI. Your hike takes you through an old growth forest with a replica logging camp right along the trails. Awesome scenery.

I really enjoyed hiking here, especially the Old Growth Forest! Even the teens had a good time!! They really liked the Logging Museum.

Melissa...Harwick Pines is a forest park. Most of it is pine woods, but there are two small lakes there, which are used for canoeing more than anything else. I'm not sure if they allow swiming but you can call and ask. No... More

Not really. But there is Higgins Lake just south of there that has swimming and recreation.
