We shopped at their online store as we haven't been able to get to Detroit yet. Great products and service. We love the Polish dark chocolate covered plums. Their imported Polish products make wonderful gifts. We are planning a trip, in part, to visit the store in person.

We attended the piskany class on 03/18. Our instructor was Michelle, and her mom also assisted the class. It was so much fun! They both were very patient and explained everything step by step. We never felt rushed and were so pleased with how our eggs turned out. The store itself is a gem in the heart of Hamtramck. There... More

A group of 12 of us signed up for a class to learn how to create pisanki eggs. We car-pooled from Lansing to Hamtramck on Sunday, February 19th. We had so much fun and had a marvelous time "writing pisanki!" Our instructor, Joan, was great. She explained everything before we did it, not only how to do it, but WHY... More

I visit her a few times a year. There is no other place like this. My Mom went to Polish School at Sweetest Heart of Mary in Detroit. She often used cloth napkins. They still sit after years in my basement waiting to be ironed. I found beautiful paper napkins at the Art Center, made in Poland. Over the years... More

My wife and I visited here while we were in Detroit. When we walked in it felt like we traveled to Poland. The store at first is very overwhelming. My great grandparents came from Poland in the last 1800's and I am proud of my Polish heritage. We ended up buying some nice gifts for our house and for future... More

Located in a little store, you have an amazing shop. The inventory of gift items, decorative arts, jewelry, music, religious items, sweets, pottery is expansive. Staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable. Occasionally, they have classes for creating the art.

Located in Hamtramck, a long time Polish enclave, is where you'll find this wonderful shop. The rather large store is filled with a wide assortment of goods made in Poland. Everything from inexpensive cards to books to some rather expensive ceramics can be found here. I was able to pick up some nice gifts for friends and family. The owners... More
