It was interesting to see some of artifacts displayed but I'm just not a real museum person. It was a point of interest in the Trolley tour package.

We just visited this museum for the first time. There is a lot of local history and information on the first floor. We were impressed with the variety of exhibits including WW I and II, The Netherlands, the city of Holland, it's settlers, early industry, and examples of artifacts. The exhibits are clearly labeled and easy to see. On the... More

It's a nice place if you're looking for something different to do in town. Tons of local history packed into this small building, and upstairs are several beautiful pieces of Dutch art. Nice visit for an hour and a half.

Part of the reason we travel is to get a feel for the local area and history This was Perfect. The main floor display focused on Holland's history and development. Great displays ... upstairs great art work. Docents were knowledgeable and friendly

It's not a huge museum, but yet there is a lot packed in there. It is located in a historic former post office building, so the architecture of the building is something to see in itself. I believe it was only $7 for adults. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance on the side of the building & a parking lot... More

We spent 2-3 hours exploring the various exhibits in the Holland Museum. They have some real treasures! The displays are well laid out and very approachable. We enjoyed learning about the history of the area . The collection includes unique folk art, cultural artifacts and some Dutch paintings. The large wardrobes on the second floor were very unique. We also... More

During my first visit to Holland, we went to the museum. It was a interesting look into the history of Holland. We learned about the early Dutch settlers and to growth of the city. I enjoyed hearing about Heinz products and other manufactures associated with the town. The glass churches were beautiful and the merry-go-round was fantastic. The staff at... More
