This is a very nice state park, not far from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City area. Nice lake to Kayak or fish. Although lake in know for giving swimmers itch. Some campsites are very large and nice, others a little small. Look carefully before...More

The park nice. We stayed at Green Lake North Rustic side of the campground for our annual family reunion. We had 28 people in our group ranging from age 5-65. It was a typical rustic camp. The outhouses were ok. They were not emptied during...More

Great location , but one of the worst camping experiences ever. There is absolutely ZERO privacy or seclusion. It is wide open with camper, next to camper, next to trailered boat, next to car, etc. We literally listened to our neighbor snoring all night. Would...More

I can’t say too much about the place, we didn’t even get past the gate. We were looking for a place to take the kids shore fishing. At least the attendant was honest and told us there weren’t any good spots before charging us for...More

Stayed in Interlochen State Park with friends. It's in the center of so much to do. Biking, kayaking, and hiking. Beautiful surroundings. Close to where the fine arts students stay so entertainment options close by. Clean and comfortable.

This is a world class music facility. Proteges and professionals alike perform routinely in a beautiful state park like location. Stop by and check it out if u are in the TVC area.

There are some parking lots, near the office. With lots of room for parking. But on the campsites, don't think you can have more than 2 vehicles. And really too small.

If you want a good spot....you must make reservations. There are some really good spots, and some really bad! We made our reservations exactly 6 months in advance. Best spot, directly on the lake.
