This museum is on top of the pizza palor, but there is no separate entrance. You have to walk thru the pizza place to the back and up the stairs. The museum was small and had mostly artifacts and hardhats from the bridge construction but...More

This is an interesting short trip into little known history. There are many tools that the ironworkers used on the job so for the people not in the trades it is interesting to see them. As a Local 597 Pipefitter (Chicago) I found it very...More

We enjoyed driving across and looking for boats/ships. It gave great views of the lakes. Our sons enjoyed the trip across.

This free museum is above the Mama Mia's Pizza shop. The video is very dated but tells all about how the bridge was built back in the 50s. Pretty amazing! Plus there are lots of artifacts from the people who worked on the bridge.

Nice and interesting information. Could use an update. The area was kind of small. However, they did have some very interesting photos and facts.

You go through a restaurant and then up the stairs to visit the museum. There is a lot of memorabilia throughout the entire museum. You can browse through the rooms and find all kinds of interesting artifacts!

There is a movie which has actual footage of the bridge being built. There are artifacts galore from the employees which were really there at the time. Best of all, it's free!
