Nice, clean, and quiet! I would take my kids here anytime!! The bathrooms were well taken care of. There is a nice concession stand where you can buy snacks and drinks. The beach area was also very well taken care of, very clean.

We love this State Area! This is the perfect time of the year for morel hunting! We were practically tripping over them! Swimming here in the summer is great for the kids. Fun camping area too!

I haven't fished there in some time. When I did it wasn't great. I was told this lake is over fished. Sorry I can't help.

You have to have the state park pass. A day pass is available or you can get a year pass.

The sites very suitable for tent camping just be sure you're on high ground. There are bike trails.
