This gem of a park is located away from the bustle and features a 1000 acre lake full of bass and bluegil. You can launch your own boat or rent one of theirs. Lots of trails and picnic areas here. Also a pool and slide....More

Great open, scenic place for a 5 mile hike for our troop! A great learning experience as we saw Eagle Scout projects such as the map board and benches. The boys also enjoyed seeing abundant hawks.

This is a good place for running, biking or skating. Clean air, pleasant surrounding with bodies of water and tall green trees.

One the most beautiful parks in lower Michigan. I use it primarily for biking. While the paved trail is very nice I stay out on the roads. Cyclists that are riding fast should not be on the trail because it is busy with children, dogs...More

It was a very beautiful large park. Lots of green space, beaches, and trails. It was very clean and well maintained. A beautiful area.

I wouldnt call it clean. theres lots of sea weed, but many folks swim in it all the time. They do have showers and changing rooms.

Leash required. No pets allowed on any of the nature trails. on the west side of the park loop for obvious reasons...don't scare the wildlife. Also not allowed at the children's petting farm. The 8 mile asphalt path, picnic... More

Anywhere on the water. On land I would recommend the West Boat Launch area.
