A beautiful blast from the past. The legacy of the Kalinga kingdom which once boasted supreme all the way till the shores of Indonesia. The temple dedicated to the Sun God, is also a marvel in science. Always in my list of Must See.

The travel to Sun Temple is all along the beach and through a jungle! You can spend about 2 hours at the temple. It is really important that a guide is hired.

The best place to expand time. If you are on Orissa trip then I recommend you to visit this place... Konark Temple is just named as Temple but there is no any worship practice happened. This Place is fully for fun and romance.

Conceived in the form of a huge chariot drawn by seven spirited horses on 12 pairs of exquisitely decorated wheels--after the mythical seven horse chariot of Sun God--the temple was unique in its architecture and implementation. History lovers will must visit this place.
