Did the full day hike up Telica (9am to 9pm) and it was amazing! First off, this was a tough trek. We walked about 13 miles in total and much of that was uphill in the heat of the day. Having said that, it was...More

I don't like leaving a poor review for a company that uses its profits for an environmental program for Nicaragua but I was very disappointed in them. I started messaging them back in April 2016 about volcano boarding with my two kids because I absolutely...More

For $17US we had a fabulous day. We took two chicken buses to Las Penitas beach and walked up the shore. We learned about the different kinds of mangroves, saw some baby turtles, had intellectual conversations with the tour guides, ate wonderful food and laughed...More

This was our first trip to Leon. Sonati looks like an Not for Profit Organization, so we decided to save some money and take advice with their tours. We choose Cerro Negro, Old Leon (mistake...), and the Laguna. The tourist guides did their best, but...More

Hello! I would love to review some of the tours/packages offered by Sonati but cannot get their website to work. Just curious if it is down temporarily or if there isn't one any longer. If not, can anyone tell me the costs for their Telica over night? Plus if they offer any of the following: Somoto Canyon (Esteli), Miraflores (Esteli), El Tisey (Esteli), Cerro Negro (Leon), Isletas (Granada), Lake Apoyo (Granada), or Masaya Volcano?
