We think this Chateau has it all. Imposing complex, magnificent scenery, interesting history and pristine presentation. It is absolutely amazing to realize this place was in a vast fire in the late 1960's. It proves what a vision and a LOT of money can do....More

It was very quiet when we visited, hardly anyone around really, either visitors or staff (guides). There are a few rooms to wander around and view but compared to the size of the castle, not very many. The gardens are pretty and well looked after....More
