Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised at how a dairy could be a wonderful place to enjoy a fresh, wholesome meal. There are many choices of sandwiches to choose from all with catchy farm names. The Holstein sandwich ($9.95) was good, served with a choice of cottage cheese, potato salad, or chips. Tossed salad is ($5.95) and very fresh. Disappointing... More

We have been purchasing about a gallon of milk a week, since our tour. In the last few weeks, we have noticed that you have changed the Gallon containers and caps. I am writing to say that the new containers are extremely hard to open. The last two containers, I have had to open with Channel locks. Have you had... More

Took the family out for the day. It was very busy but everyone had fun. The kids are not used to being on a farm (My parents and I were) so they had to get used to the fresh smell of cows and the farm. Every employee we came in contact with was very kind and had an answer for... More

Whenever I am in the new era area I have to make a stop here. They have fresh milk and delicious cheese. They tend to be a little more expensive then other sandwich shops but highly worth it. By the time you drink all the milk you can you will have to ask for a to go box.

A fun place to bring a family to. The pizza is great, so are all the down on the farm made dairy products. They have a little fit of a store inside, some souveniers available, and offer a tour of the facilities, including all the cows. The place is clean, so are the restroom(s). plenty of parking. Playground for the... More

I was camping in Hart and this is only about a 15-20 minute drive or 1 1/2-2hrs via the bike trail. As I'm sure many others have stated it's right off the bike trail you can't miss it. Therefore as one should expect they get very busy on the weekends especially nice ones. I was in Hart,MI for 5 days... More

We were visiting Silver Lake in the off season. And, we quickly learned that there are very few places to grab a bite to eat in the off season. So, we were happy to find out that the Country Dairy served lunch. And, we were even happier to learn that each sandwich came with a bottomless glass of milk. Your... More

My absolute favorite place to get ice cream, chocolate milk, butter, steak and all things cow! There are tours to visit the cows and you can even see them as you eat your meal. They have the best cow related products I have ever had! It's a couple miles off the highway but an absolute must go! Take a cooler... More

Thanks for reviewing Country Dairy! As you know, we only take milk from our own cows to make all the yummy dairy products produced in our own on-site processing facility. In addition, we raise quality beef on our own beef farm specifically selecting our best steers for our market. The freshness of our products makes a difference! Thanks again! More

Great food and I love the endless glass of milk. This is a working dairy farm with tours that shows how we get milk from the farm to the store. Great little country store with lots of dairy products, and they have Ice Cream and cheese curds!!!! Great family restaurant & go visit the cows in the pasture.
