Hadn't played Whispering Pines in a few years but did get the opportunity to play June 4th. It was a bad decision. Initially it was a lot of minor stuff. Upon arrival the coffee machine was out of coffee and the attendant had no idea...More

Whispering Pines restaurant/pub was inconsistent for years. A refreshing and innovative change this summer. Pannini style as well as oven baked sandwiches. Toss in homemade pizza and their french bread pizza.....yum !! Don't be afraid to go back. Beautiful setting too.

My son and daughter-in-law were married here and had the reception in the clubhouse. It was absolutely gorgeous! Being married on the first tee off looking over the valley was breath taking. The hexagonal shape of the clubhouse allowed for a dining area, cake cutting...More

This is a fun, and challenging golf course. On the back nine you get the feeling of being up north, and the 14th through the 17th is the A-men corner.

Whispering Pines is a good place to relieve tension by walking around beating up on a little ball. The doarse has a medium complexity level for some long farways. The Greens are fast with some pretty tough angles.

This is a wonderful golf course to play with very well maintained fairways and greens. Plenty of yardage to cover and gives you a challenge....bring an extra ball or two.

Beautiful course well kept and many nice wildlife to be seen. Keep your bug spray in the bag but well worth the trip. One of my favorite places to golf

If you scatter your drive I suggest hitting something you can hit in the short grass. It may look "short" but it is tight and fairways can be elusive.Beautiful course to view with hills ,ponds, plenty of trees which seem to attract balls like a magnet....More

We played Whispering Pines in Pinckney for the first time yesterday, and we had a great day on the course. The front 9 winds through a subdivision and the fairways are lined with homes; although they are typically set far enough back as to not...More
