Wife and I visited here on 7/25/17. I sure most of you did not know this part of Edison's history. Lots of parking and easy access. Just across the street from the river walk.

This is a small museum. The guy that runs it is great. He lives in Port Huron and is so knowledgeable of the Port Huron area as well as Thomas Edison. It was a real treat to talk to him.

Thomas Edison lived in Port Huron as a boy before he became a famous inventor. He was known to have sold papers on the train running between Port Huron and Detroit. The museum has similar rail cars on display.
