The “TART” trails are very well maintained and allow visitors to ride through the country as well and Traverse City. Smooth for all wheeled transportation that is not motorized. Trail takes you along the water ands close to downtown with plant of parking for bikes.

After staying out late with a couple of pops we rode 23 miles. Trails are clean and well kept. A really fun ride.

Love the TART ❤️ Great for biking, running, walking and so much more! I’d definitely recommend it! You can make a day out of it by stopping for lunch or dinner, going to the beach, shopping, and so much more!

It’s a good trail in many ways. Where it is not great is when you pass through the city. There are lots of streets to cross, some major. There are also areas where it is confusing as to what to do with traffic. One part...More
