we were there for about 10 min without seeing a wait staff. So we went to get our own drinks. We later found out they do have a wait staff. I guess they just Dont wait on families. We ordered our drinks in unopened bottles as wait staff was sick and coughing. We also later found out they had food...after... More

I've attended a birthday party with my son at Lucky Jack's over the weekend. The kids had alot of fun. The family had a room for about an hour. They did pizza, cake and presents. After that the kids got to do laser tag along with getting a card with money on it for games. The prizes were actually decent... More

My nav system brought me to an empty building twice before I decided to start asking questions. When I found the place, the staff was friendly, the place was clean and the prices very reasonable.

We came here on a rainy day with our friends when we were camping in Empire. Our entire group had a great time. The kids (ages 6 and 7) really enjoyed the laser maze and bumper cars. The arcade games were reasonably priced and there is a wide variety of games. Our entire group of kids and adults were able... More

This is a great option for rainy day fun! Bowling, bumper cars, laser tag and tons of other video games and ski ball. It can get pricey if you do it all but it's a great time

Its our tradition to go here when up north. Bowling and ticket arcade are awesome. Make sure you check which days are special arcade days if your going.

We went on a Thursday evening, the place was dead, we thought we got lucky and had the place to ourselves. The workers were rude, more interested in talking to each other. They closed early, it was clear they just wanted to go home. Clearly there was no management or poor management and absentee owner. Expensive bowling too. Just a... More

We were told about Lucky Jack's by our hotel staff. I had asked what there was to do in the area on a rainy day with my two granddaughters. The girls loved it bumper cars, laser tag, bowling and numerous games to play. We went on a Wednesday when all of the games are half price, plus buy a $20... More
