Employees are friendly and helpful, that is the good, The whole area could use a good cleaning. Some more lighting would help, but then cleaning would imperative.

If you want to lose thousands of dollars in a matter of a half hour, then this is your place. Besides the horrible slots and clear following of your card and where and what you play and spend, the place is dirty and filled with individuals that don't even gamble but instead walk around soliciting and looking for any cents... We ate a late supper at the Grill. The staff was very friendly. We had half pound hamburgers, and they were delicious and really that big. Couldn't eat it all. We had our hamburgers in fry bread-that was delicious! Highly recommend getting your sandwich on fry bread. We also ordered a side order of sweet potato fries and they were... More

We went there on a package, and for our stay it included some free play and some food credit. The hotel was ok. The ladies at the players club were happy and joking with me and my wife. That was nice to see. The staff in the restaurant probably did poor on tips because they didn't want to go all... More

If you are looking for a fancy place to stay and eat, I would recommend a different Mn Casino. But, if you are in the Cass Lake area and you need a place to stay for a night, I would recommend the Palace Casino. The biggest reason to stay there? The staff! We have traveled extensively over the last few... More

I will never be back, went to many casino's in Mn, this was the most expensive. It was very dirty, blood on the box spring, didn't even have the brains to turn it to the wall so it couldn't be seen. Carpets were all so dirty in room and in casino. Sink was plugged. Casino itself was horrible, very dirty,... More

We spent one night at the Casino & hotel. It was a typical casino & hotel. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good food. The fry bread is really good. The casino itself was a typical casino. The only problem was the smell of smoke. We played bingo and there wasn't a separate... More

There isn't a part of this casino, hotel and restaurant that is clean. Casino bathrooms are dirty as well as the casino itself, food is terrible, hotel rooms are dirty. I won't go back.

Stayed at the hotel while in the area on business (not my choice). Room decor by Walmart. Non-smoking room. Really? I'm lucky the smell didn't trigger a migraine. My clothes reaked of smoke the next day. I'm writing this sitting outside because I can't the smell anymore. Seriously, I used to play smokey bars in bands and this is what... More

When you stop at the Palace, before you check out the gaming. I had a chili soup that was great by itself, but came with a fry bread that was second to none. Served with a blueberry compote that was sweet and fruity.
