We have visited many of the state parks on the north shore, but this was a first for Cascade state park. We parked at the highway parking lot and walked to the far side of the bridge to start our walk. It was a fairly...More

The first viewing point of a waterfall on the trail below the river was just 300 feet from the road. Beautiful, but don't turn back yet. Keep walking and you will get more views of the cascades, at one time we could see 4 waterfalls/cascades...More

Nice short walk to both falls. Not a lot of lookout areas but pretty if your not looking for lots of walking. Definitely suggest this as a stop.

We've driven past this park so many times over the years and finally stopped. So glad we did! Great scenery and trails. I've recommend my friends and family to stop as well.

Even in August, there were waterfalls! We didn't camp inside the park, just walked the loop around the river from the parking lot. Even though it's an easy hike that only takes about 30 minutes to compete, it ended up being a trip favorite.

This is my favorite park in the state. The falls are so gorgeous. The trails are well maintained and have lots of areas along the way for photos.

I took the trail up to the waterfalls. I thought the first waterfall was amazing. As I continued up the steps, I came across another waterfall even more beautiful. There is a bridge across the river which has good views of the falls. A photograph...More
