About
The Loop is a fun, casual restaurant/bar located in the North Loop of Minneapolis. We serve lunch and dinner. We have a great Happy Hour and on Friday and Saturday nights we have a DJ and dancing starting at 10:00pm. Come get in The Loop and see why we have been a local favorite since 2006.

Very enjoyable pre Twins game lunch. Restaurant is following good Covid protocols, so felt safe. Santa Fe Salad was wonderful, tasty chicken, corn relish, avocado. Juicy Loopy burger and French Dip also very good. Seasoned fries were very thin and crisp.Our server was very good and made sure we had every thing we needed. Comfortable warehouse chic decor. We will definitely be back.

Excellent food and great prices. I had the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich, delicious and huge, my date had an exceptional Caesar Salad. My side salad was really good, normally they are bland , but mine was huge with many different fresh vegetables. Friendly service. A nice experience and a great value!

Delicious food, well priced, and something for everyone . Loved the plant based dishes and salmon bowl and Kung Pao Tofu. We were a table of 6 and happy to have a both for the family

The Loop did an amazing dinner for my folks, wife and I for a midweek meal. The food was delivered quickly, but more importantly the flavor popped. The grilled chicken bowl ingredients were fresh, chicken was well seasoned and the french dip was tender, packed with flavor and served on a pillow soft bun. Ambiance was comfortable, not too loud that you couldn’t speak to each other and the lighting was calm. Highly recommend and want to go back to try other dishes!

We usually have good food and service, but they sure had an off night. Server didn't write anything down for group of 4. When food came one order was completely wrong. Replacement food took even longer and everyone else was completely finished eating, Thai chicken wrap had only one small piece of chicken in the whole wrap. Chicken wings were rubbery, not crisp and some of the fries were soggy and cold. No apology or adjustments for late/wrong meal. So pokey we missed the start of the Twins game and a rare triple play.

Thank you for the feedback. I am very disappointed to hear about this experience. We expect our servers to enhance the experience for our guests and your server obviously failed at that and then the food wasn’t even good enough to make up for it. I will follow up with our team and see what was going on. I hope this one poor experience won’t stop you from coming and seeing us again.

We very much enjoyed our visit to the Loop! We were surprised to be only one of about 5 tables at 7 PM on a Saturday... I'm assuming this restaurant is somewhat new and still getting off the ground? Heavy restaurant competition in the area might be leaving it behind a bit. All the food was very good; they bring it out quickly, so if you'd like to have a little more time with your appetizer, it might be a good idea to ask them to delay the meal. Service was friendly; parking was a bit of a challenge. I wouldn't say we'd race back here, but if we found ourselves in the area we might consider it again.

The Loop has a great menu. Lots of healthy, original salads, great burgers and interesting dishes. My favorite is the chopped salad.

Came here with family on a quiet cold night. The remodel (as I learned, from three years back) looks very nice, modern, yet simple. A nice atmosphere with friendly hospitality. Spacious layout with high ceilings and a center isle type bar. We ordered the cheese curds, the loaded nachos, the Loop (pesto) burger, the salmon fried rice and the taco bowl. The food was good as were the guacamole sides. Recommended for pub food and nice atmosphere.

My son and I are Celiac. We had a tremendous meal here. Knowledgeable staff and there are several options for GF.
We started with the chicken lettuce wraps which were the best we have ever had. Super fresh and came with four.
I had steak tacos on a bowl and my done had carnitas tacos with corn tortillas.
We both loved them.
The rest of our party (non-Celiac) also had great food. From pizza to Mac and cheese.
Was a great experience and we will definitely eat here in the future.
