Horribly loud and obnoxious. Very rude employees. I asked to use the one quiet room in the place until the next party showed up. I was on my laptop trying to catch up on some work. A woman came in and without a smile or a hello gave me total attitude about sitting in that room. I told her I... More

So much to do including bowling, arcade, and laser tag. I've been here a couple times including for a birthday party and just to play laser tag as a bunch of out of shape adults. The pricing is reasonable but perhaps a bit higher than I'd like. I think if you go after a certain time at night they have... More

Where do I begin...the arcade is amazing, the games are super fun and the pin bowling is a blast...oh yeah..the food is off the hook! It's hard to find a combination of having this kind of activity under one roof. The Big Thrill Factory pulls it off. There literally is something for (almost) every age. Everyone in the place has... Over priced for activities as if you were at the Mall of America or Valley Fair or an amusement park. Kids had 50 point cards that ran out in 10 minutes. All ages of the kids from the two 2 year olds to the three 12 year olds and my teens everyone was bored. Don't waste your hard earned money.... More

We visited the newest Big Thrill Factory near Lake Elmo -- it had been open for two days -- and were very disappointed with our experience. The pricing packages are complicated, there were electrical chords on the floor (for rides) that we stumbled over and the food choices were fried, fried or fried. In order to win a decent gift... Let's just say that this place is definitely for different demographics. The adults can enjoy all of the things the kids can but together Lazer tag can be a complete mess. A fun kind of mess. As an adult (21) still living with his family, I guess this place is fun for everyone. It is loud here, though. Furthermore, that... More

Overall clean nice place. Loud, but fun atmosphere. Boring after about 30 minutes for the 3 children over 12. Packages not really a good value and a little represented. We bought a packages and this is what was checked as included. Laser tag, ropes course, bump and spin, time challenge, kids fun factory, trampolines, spider climbs, climbing walls, . WHAT WAS... Big Thrill is a good place to bring a group of kids for bowling, arcade and activities. Recommended ages: 5-12.

Took a small group of pre-teens for a "Fun Day". The kids (and adults) had a blast! Laser Tag, X-Rider, and Bump 'N Spin cars were the overall favorites.
