Recently went camping at nerstrand state park in Minnesota nice state park well maintained clean showers and rest rooms friendly staff nice maintained hiking trails beautiful picnic area for family gatherings

Make plans to visit this park next spring to view the flowers! Nerstrand Woods is one of the best places to view these beautiful flowers in abundance! The forest floor is literally white with blooms!

We love this state park. We live close but visit often as for the park changes daily with the seasons. Great family gathering site whether you want to hike or just relax with a BBQ

The falls is a small hike and back if you don't have a lot of time. If you like there are longer hikes and plenty of options for camping as well. Or you can just go for a day picnic and enjoy the old shade...More

About all you could do is drive through the camp ground. All the trails are walking trails.
