We had a lot of fun Meeting new people, watching the Oktoberfest keg being tapped, and getting a taste of the new brew. Very festive crowd, fun German food, people in costume. We will return with friends to celebrate Octoberfest again at the Brewery!

Schell Brewery is practically perfect in every way! Beautiful, well-stocked gift store, brewery tours, picturesque surroundings, but most of all the tasting room and great Schell beers! New Ulm is awesome!

Check when the tours are going (we missed it). Other than the tour, there is a museum (pretty good actually) and you can walk around the house and gardens. Traces of German everywhere and the location is beautiful! If you have kids, make sure you...More
