On a hot day in Kota Kinabalu I was wondering whether the park was worth a visit and I am happy I finally decided to go for it! It takes you to the nature and provides some shade. There are interesting animal shows and you can just sit in the botanical gardens to enjoy the surroundings . I took Uber... More

Not my first time to this wildlife park and every visit still brings out that joy specially seeing the orangutan and elephants. During this visit, the train isn't working, the orangutan was not included in the show which I thought was the main star and tiger looks a lot thinner and lonely.

Entrance is 20 RM. plenty of animals to see to spend a couple hours here. The aviary is awesome do not miss it. If you go during the heat of the day many of the animals will be resting but still plenty to see.

Had a great few hours the animals were very entertaining as though showing off. Looked well looked after although some maintenance is needed. Price was ridiculously cheap at under £4.00 entrance fee for foreigners under £2.00 for Malaysian citizens. They need to put their prices up. Show was brilliant well worth watching.

A decent zoo about 20-30 minutes drive from KK city centre, open daily from 9.30am-5.30pm. No transportation issue since Uber & Grab cars are available throughout KK, even in this remote area. Entrance fee RM10 for Malaysians, RM20 for foreigners. No eateries inside the zoo but there are food stalls outside at the car park. Your tickets are valid until... More

Nice place some 30 mins drive from downtown KK that has, amongst others, the long nosed monkey (proboscis), Borneo elephant and urang utan. The park is suitablefor a stroll through in 1.5-2 hours, including the botanical garden.

Entrance for foreigners was 20ringgit. The show was great! I think that made up for the trip from Kota Kinabalu... But at least we were able to see the biggest cobra I've ever seen, orangutans, proboscis monkeys and birds up close. No food or drink vendors inside; which I think is why the place was kept very clean- no trash.

Visited the park from a cruise that called at Koto Kimbala - the park has a few species that are indigenous to Borneo so thought it would be interesting, unfortunately the enclosures are quite small and a lot of the animals are behind glass certainly would not have classed it as a "wildlife park" more of a small zoo. would...
