I made the mistake of booking my daughters 6th birthday party at Jumps and downs before visiting the facility. Thankfully my daughter enjoyed her time with her friends, at the end of the day that is all that REALLY mattered to me. The inflatables were torn and filthy. The staff was unorganized and seemed annoyed by end of the 2... More

I don't know how this place isn't visited frequently by the local EMTs. There is only one staff person, today a young man of high school age, who sits at the front desk reading. He did absolutely NO monitoring of the facility to ensure the safety of the children. During the 45 minutes we were there my granddaughter ended up... More

Fun for the kids, and plenty of seating for adults wanting to chat with other adults. a bit small compared to other parks, but the staff is very nice and attentive.

This place has decent potential to be a fun, indoor place for your kids to run around and burn some energy when its cold, rainy or snowy outside. Unfortunately, it's a little pricey ($7 per child) and seems poorly maintained with the ball pit and bouncy equipment seeming dirty. In addition, there is no one to enforce the posted rules... More

My son loves this place. A smaller area so the inflatables are all within parent viewing. They have special organized activities during the week (toddler Thursdays). It can get a little crowded on the weekends in the winter as it's not a large square footage, so plan accordingly. You can return the same day without am extra charge so you... More

The kids loved this place but we did not stay long since I was grossed out by how dirty everything was.

I have serious safety concerns about this place. My husband and I took our two young grandsons (ages 5 and 2) on Saturday, February 18th, for what we thought would be an enjoyable experience. Our concern stems from the chaotic nature of the place. There was NO one from Jumps and Downs monitoring the activity of the children - 11... More

Brought my triplet 6 year olds and my 11 year old here on a KGB deal. The 11 year old got bored after 15 minutes, but the 6 year olds would have stayed all day. I wish I would have known about this place earlier.
