Superb setting in winter surrounded by snow and a frozen lake. Excellent menu, with a welcome change from fondu and raclette.

I have been to 3 exhibitions here now and never been disappointed. The latest Aboriginal Art Exhibition really was impressive. So many excellent pieces from different groups of indigenous Australian artists and some truly big names too, Rover Thomas, Clifford Possum etc. The Mirrored Passive...More

I have been a couple of times to this modern art gallery opened in 2013. The most recent exhibition is Australian Aboriginal art of which the main recurring theme is dreams and the rainbow serpent.

Beautiful location. Small but interesting collection. Beautiful restaurant with 19 Gault milieu points – only had coffee but would recommend as location for lunch from look and calm feel!

A wonderful gallery in the Swiss Alps. The exhibition of posters of Islam was fascinating and a wonderful collection put together across the Middle East. The restaurant is worth visiting too.

Superb building and outstanding fine arts exhibitions (two per year). The latest modern style in the way of presenting art exhibitions! For me it is the total opposite of Gianadda Foundation in Martigny. The latter should be inspired by Arnaud Foundation! The old... and the...More

Nice collection of impressionist pointilliste paintings at the time we visited. Museography of good quality. A special media allowing interaction between visitors and a particular painting reproduced with digital technology is amazing and bring a lot to enjoy the maestria of the painter. Some special...More

We knew the Gianadda Foundation in Martigny, but the Pierre Arnaud Foundation in the small village of Lens is an all new art attraction in Valais. It just opened in December 2013 and it is already offering a high-level exhibition: "Mastery of color? Effusion of...More
