A lovely little train ride through the park.

A great way to show the kids how the trains work on a smaller scale, it was nice that they have different engines which my son found really interesting. Overall a lovely way to spend a morning or an afternoon. I could not praise the staff working at the railway enough as they took the time to speak with my... More

Great day and fun with grandchildren. The trains are brilliant and well looked after, but impressively the drivers, engineers, ticket sellers will happily talk with kids to tell them all they know about this railway and trains in general

This is a great family get together area, which offers a great deal of fun with plenty of different locomotive ride, ranging from steam to diesel, the parkland also offers a play gym, R.C. Race track, public toilets and a B.B.Q. Area. So go have some fun, it's great family time.

Even if your child is not train obsessed as mine, this is a great day out. It is extremely well run and organised, if queues get too long, they always put on more trains\carriages. The volunteers genuinely love doing this and are always happy to chat and talk. Make sure you pack some chairs\rug\food - with unlimited rides, the kids... More

Excellent kids had a great time and would recommend this day out to both young and old. The trains are authentic and a lot of fun

A really fun and different place to visit. We attended a child's birthday party here, plenty of parking, bbq's available and plenty of room to add your own marquee. Toilets were clean and a kiosk for cold drinks. Great for younger kids.

Fun for kids of all sizes, these trains allow you to sit inside rather than astride, which makes it easier for containing little ones safely. Can get busy at times, but the queues normally move quite quickly. An enjoyable day out.

This is a fun little thing to take your kids to if they like trains. They run every fortnight and have a few trains that circle the park. You pay to have unlimited rides for the day. Not bad, but the park has little shade, so if its a hot and sunny day then bring a sun shelter. There are... More

Always enjoy a Sunday afternoon (2nd & 4th of the month) either riding or watching the miniature trains wending their way around the Wilfred Taylor Reserve. Always plenty of people there but with several trains running at the same time, there is rarely much of a wait. At $5.00 for unlimited rides, its a great place to take the kids!
