Really fun and informative visit. Visitors are able to get very close to the eagles, both bald eagles and golden eagles. Especially nice as we were houseboating and able to dock at the Center's public dock.More

Normally do not go to places like this but was very informative and had 3 live eagles that you could see. Staff was very entertaining and informative on the eagles and their habitat etc..

Fascinating! Be sure and get there/stay for the presentation. You can learn a lot about eagles and raptors from engaging exhibits.

Great educational program on not just eagles but other raptors too. Several ambassador bald eagles and an ambassador golden eagle that you can get up close and personal with, almost close enough to touch. Right on the Mississippi.More

Hello, Yes - there are a couple of picnic tables outside of the National Eagle Center along the river front walking/biking path. They are public picnic tables.
