This is our favorite local place to take the kids on a Saturday afternoon. They can learn about the animals (during opening hours), see the vegetable garden, play in the cool playground.

Nice place to visit with the kids. Mother Nature. Nice place for a walk. Educational. Note: The school s will bring kids for day field trips, so sometimes it gets busy.

As you know while on vacation you don't always watch your diet. This place allowed me a very nice trail to walk and work off some of the calories.
