Great place to visit with nice visitor center, make sure you watch the movie on the history of the barrier islands and the park, free entrance, nice camping area, walking trails and nice boat launch at the bayou.

This is a great museum devoted to barrier island and bayou ecosystem. Great film on the ecosystem. Excellent camping site and trails.

The campsites at the Davis Bayou Campground were very clean and while you are obviously sharing space, you are far enough apart to where you still feel like you have a lot of privacy. Great areas to put your boat in for fishing or canoeing....More

I live by the one in Ocean Springs, first off the is no beach on that park. Ocean Springs beaches about 2 or 3 miles away permit dogs.

Camping is very pleasant. Water and electric only? Minutes from restaurants, shipping and casinos. Highly recommend.
