It's lovely and absolutely a thing to see if you are visiting SDC anyway. But...know yourself! If you have even the slightest apprehension to heights, small spaces or anxiety issues, this cave will play to all of your fears. It was cold and clammy. The guides do an adequate job of reminding you OVER AND OVER that there is NO... More

Took my two grandkids to SDC, decided to go through marvel cave, my wife would not go, she has breathing problems. The kids enjoyed the cave, even through they had to do a lot of walking.

Great tour and gives you a true cave experience. Bats were somewhat active while we were there. There are many awe-inspiring sights and photo opportunities. It is a pretty strenuous, physical tour, with over 700 steps down and back up. A tram brings you back up out of the cave, so that cuts down on some walking. There at a... More

I was in the 6th grade at the time we visited. I went with a few family members inside this amazing cave! I learned so much and a bat seemed to want to be my friend! You have to squeeze in some places so it's not for the claustrophobic, but It's an awesome experience for anyone else!!! MUST see when... More

We have been to Carlsbad caverns and you think you have seen one cave system that you have seen them all, but they each have their unique traits. This one you walk in and then travel out by mining train car to the surface.

We went here as part of Silver Dollar City, and it was my absolute favorite part! The cave is massive, and beautiful! It's a bit of a hike at times, mostly when going into the cave, but not too bad. The ride out at the end is a lot of fun! Check it out!

Long lines to get in to the cave but it was spring break ; the guide gives you four or five chances to back out - if u are not in descent shape and if you have knee pain or hip pain or have other medical problems such as heart condition then skip the cave
