Nice spot to go for an informative leisurely afternoon. The people who work there know their stuff and are eager to share their knowledge. Very friendly. Even tho it was just my husband and myself this trip, I will be taking my grandkids soon.

We always enjoy a stop at the Hatchery when in the Branson area. The Visitor Center has great exhibits and feeding the trout is an experience for all age groups.

We did the Christmas lights and the tour of the tower. It really was a nice way to finish out the night... The cabins, lights and tower were a lot of fun, however, the Santa Claus was so life like. What a great clause! thanks

Very interesting and educational program they offer at no cost. Kids and adults alike can feed trout of various sizes. Feed is .25 but bring a baggie to put the food in or you risk spilling it.

We did not see a gift shop. There is an attendant inside the office to answer questions, etc. And there is a small room that shows a video / informative movie that plays every 30 minutes or so... But nothing to buy.
