Had a wonderful time. A great time to spend with family. Learning about the trout and the future of the trout life was pretty cool. Other educational material were available about nature regarding marine life. Feeding area is available with a nominal fee.

We too our boys here while on vacation and they loved it. It was pretty interesting seeing all the different size trout. They also have other small animals inside

We stumbled upon the Fish Hatchery while riding in the beautiful countryside. You can walk among the fish tanks and see the fish at various ages. There are posters describing the process. You can also purchase a handful of fish food to feed to them.

Good place for fishing enthusiasts, good view of Table Rock dam and a good tour of hatchery itself. Good couple of hours to spend here

This hatchery operation was way more interesting then expected. Watch the film then wander the small displays before heading out to feed the fish. We happened on a day when lots of things were happening. Even power washing out a tank/pond. Great for all ages...More

Really neat! Other than The Dixie Stampede, this is my little guy's favorite place. Take a plastic cup to hold fish food (it smells pretty unappealing).

The family really enjoyed walking around the area, feeding the fish and seeing the working side of the dam.

We really had no idea that the fish hatchery was such a huge enterprise. We truly enjoyed ourselves, the short film was very informative and the ability to wander the area and feed the fish was great.

the walk thru welcome center was very interesting. It was fun to see the fish up close and learn the differences amoung them. The outside fish tanks contained fish at various sizes. You could buy food to feed them.

We took the granddaughters here and they enjoyed seeing all the fish and exploring all the tanks. Both educational and fun.

We did not see a gift shop. There is an attendant inside the office to answer questions, etc. And there is a small room that shows a video / informative movie that plays every 30 minutes or so... But nothing to buy.
