Went on the tour of the cave and then took a quick stroll around the accompanying nature trails. The tour took about an hour, but if it weren't for the guide and having to slow down/ stop several times for the group to get catch up it would have been much closer to 30 minutes. It just didn't seem like... More

We were a group of sixteen ranging in age from 5 to 71. There was something for everyone! The formations in the cave were awesome! We had an excellent guide! There were things for kids to do while you waited or shopped. They also had a nice area for us to do lunch.

We loved it! We were headed to the airport with a few hours to kill and after having hated the Disney wanna be unnatural "top of the rock" and "dog wood canyon" (while beautiful in their own right ) we decided to try one last time to find real nature in the ozarks. Boy were we happy to find talking... More

Our family of 4 (an 11 and 8 year old) all loved the cavern. It had very beautiful structures and pathways. Very interesting history of discovery and maintenance of the cave. Friendly staff. Only downside was that on our tour, there were so many people - if you're in the back of the group, you can't often see or hear... More

This is a very nice cave. I've been in many and this is one of the smaller ones I've been in, but still very nice. It's a descending cave, so lots of stairs. Very knowledgeable tour guide.

Our friendly, severely handicapped guide explained a lot about, how it was discovered and developed into a tourist attraction, its water hydraulics, and the natural growth of internal formations. It is very safe, although you need to be good on your feet and climbing steep staircases often. There is plenty of opportunity to take pictures, and a souvenir shop.

this by far is one of the coolest caves I have been to yet! We were with small kids, who enjoyed it as well. The guide was very informative. Loved the SpokeoBoxes(?) for the kids to crawl through

This is our second trip here. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in caves. The guide was very good and informative. The cave is beautiful and well preserved. There are a lot of steps and some narrow places. We didn't have to wait long for a tour and the gift shop is nice. It's cool in the cave so a... More

This cave is amazing. We had a wonderful tour and tour guide, David. It rained the day before we visited the cave so the stairs were slippery so we had to be more cautious. There were families with little ones and older folks too. Some kids were afraid but others made it all the way through. The cave is softly... More

We've toured many caves in Missouri, and this one is among the smallest. However, it has great history with its beginning story and is unique in the 100-foot descent made on foot to the floor of the cave. If you're afraid of heights, this tour is not for you. I would recommend good gripping shoes, since a lot of the... More
