More
Blumenhof Winery is located in the charming village of Dutzow, Missouri, the oldest permanent German settlement west of the Mississippi River, nestled in the rolling foothills of the Ozark Mountains. Blumenhof is open every day year-round, closed only on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Blumenhof offers free tasting daily and free live entertainment every weekend, with the Brat Haus Grill open on weekends during Spring, Summer and Autumn. Blumenhof is a small, family-owned winery, with three generations of the Blumenberg family involved in producing award-winning wines. All of their wines are made from locally-grown grapes. They have won numerous Best of Class awards in regional and international competitions. Thirty minutes from Chesterfield, less than an hour from St. Louis, just seven miles from Augusta - feel free to pack a picnic basket and head out to Blumenhof. The friendly and good-looking staff await your arrival.

Beautiful and relaxing setting. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Wine slushy was out of this world on a hot day after riding a bike on the Katy Trail! Free wine tasting!

Lovely setting with the friendliest of employees. Great patio area for dining and sipping and get this, one of the few places allowing free tastings. We bought several bottles to take home but will return for some patio time soon.

Good wine, a quaint comfortable setting and a firendly staff made my visit quite enjoyable. They allow picnic baskets and serve food at reasonable prices.

What a rare treasure! Really wonderful wines and cheese in a relaxed and beautiful setting! Such an educational and friendly host, and an area where we didn't have much trouble pulling in and turning around our 21' travel trailer.
