Went here with family for Mother's Day and was not disappointed. As usual lovely Sunday dinner. Was a carvery but you got your starters and desserts served at table.Orders were staggered which meant there were no long queques for main course. You could get two choices of meat which were turkey, ham or roast beef. All were perfectly cooked and so juicy and tender.Sides were... This was probably the best wedding I have been at apart from my own. The setting is ideal, close to belfast but in the beautiful countryside. I believe the complete wedding was organised by the Temple staff. The room was set up superb with drinks on arrival before the service took place. After the service we had the photos taken... More

Went for a quick bite.Have to say service was good. But is it really home made CHICKEN LIVER PATE? Also the caramelised onion, was more pickled onions with sugar than caramelised. In my opinion Was undercook. Also the sauce ( chumichurry or gremolata with pesto or what ever was that) that was in the plate didn't match any of the flavours... More

The food came and it was brilliant! Quantity and quality. Great value for money! Tea and coffee was also included in the... More

Was here tonight with my wife and farther for an evening meal and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised with the food and matching service. I've been before and never rushed back and although good there were better places about. Firstly, the staff were warm and welcoming and although not busy there were a few in and everyone... More

Visited the Green Jacket Restaurant, at Temple Golf & Country Club during the evening of Friday 13th May 2016, with my wife and a group of close friends. Upon arrival we were greeted by polite and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. After drinks in the conservatory, which incidentally, overlooks the 1st and 2nd fairways, with stunning views,... More

I played there recently and due to the weather it was very sparsely populated, so no problems with pace of play. The issues I had were:- 1. Hole information on tees was on flat ground plaques, mostly difficult to find. Upright signs would have been better, especially for there visitor. 2. Inconsistent signs to next tee didn't help. 3. Some... More

My family and I were asked to 'The Green Jacket' at the Temple Golf Club for tea on Sunday past. We'd heard there was a new chef and the food was good. I've been here before and a great compliment was to say it was about average. My goodness things have seriously improved. It was gorgeous food. No frills, just... More
