Nature displaying colours Not a beach to play around as such but geology is captivating. Did it as part of the Paracas Nature Reserve tour

This isn't someplace you'd spend hours at, but it's cool to visit for 10-30 minutes. One of few in the world, beautiful, and clean. It was pretty remote and untouched.

Wonderful, beautiful, you do have to pay but mine was part of the package. Do it if you have time...and like solitude - just me, my guide and driver. Desert and ocean all together...

This is the first time we have seen a red sand beach. The red comes from the iron oxide in the sand. It is the only red sand beach in the park. This is not a beach to lie on for the day. It is...More

If the sun does shine, you will detect the red colour in the sand. if not, it will be a smallish brown bay and not much else.

I rode to the beach by bike, it's quite interesting looking, especially with the cliffs. You can even find seashells up there 4m over the sea. But next to the beach there is a ton of dead birds and even sealions, not that attractive, I...More

Efrain was so helpful! He gave our group a great price for our trip to the island of Paracas and also sorted out our buses for Ica, also for a great price. The best travel agency in the area.

We booked our tour to the Nazca-lines and sandboarding in Huacachina with Playa Roja in Paracas. Efrain was very helpful, explaining us about all the options. The sandboarding was great. We went to the office in Huacachina. Sandbuggying was a lot of fun, the driver...More

This beach was amazing, especially given how there were no crowds. We spent the whole afternoon in the reserve and barely saw anyone else!

We drove from Lima to Paracas and Nazca. The roads are well paved, and have no traffic. It terms of safety, they are safe except for the police (!!): we were pulled to the side at a "check point" and forced to a US$100 pay... More
