We rented a pavilion, for our family reunion, in June of this year. Very nice park with 2 playgrounds, basketball court, 3 pavilions, and a pool. Enjoyable for a family outing or just a walk around the park.

Well done, very informative site about the huge tornado that went through Joplin. The site is within the park, which is like any other city park. There is parking a short walk from the information plaques.
