I really thought that Worlds of Fun was an overall nice and family friendly park. My family went on a Thursday afternoon and a Friday morning. We didn't have any problems with waiting in long lines for Worlds of Fun. I really would suggest riding...More

We arrived at the Oceans of Fun gate just as they opened so we had an excellent parking spot. But your tickets and parking online before you arrive. We saved over 60 dollars by buying online. The one really nice thing is that the park...More

We went during Halloween and the lines were so long we ended up only riding a few rides the entire day! Going during the week means shorter lines and fewer people. Luckily, they let you go in and out of the park with a hand...More

We have been several times with our two boys and always a great time. We have also purchased fast passes in the weekend and it was AWESOME. Great options for all ages.

We love roller coasters and Worlds of Fun has several good ones. The park was really crowded during our weekend visit. Food is really expensive.....there are some picnic areas just outside the entrance. We'll take advantage of those in the future.

The trip to the park was a long day. It was hot and the food and drink prices was high. Diffently do not go there to eat. Very expensive. Hard and hot for someone that doesn't get around well.

We were lucky to go on a day when lines were fairly short, so I'm glad i didn't buy fast passes. My 9 and 12 year olds had a blast on the rides. The 2 wooden roller coasters we rode were so shakey and jerky...More

They cater to the water park guests more than the amusement park guests. I found that oceans of fun was cleaner and better taken care of than world's of fun. Many of the rides were shut down or not working on the amusement park side....More

Our family went the week they opened, very disorganized, at least 1/3 of the rides were not going and NONE of the new rides opened. Literally stood in line for 1.5 hours to ride the Spinning Dragons. Staff had no idea how to work equipment...More

It was very hot out, but early June seems a good time to go since it was not overly visited when we were there. Most rides we could walk right up to, or wait one round at most. Totally acceptable. Shady spots can be hard...More

I know you have to pay parking at worlds of fun, but is there also a parking cost at oceans of fun if going on a different day than worlds of fun?

Yes you do. You have to pay a daily parking fee, unless you have a season pass that already covers it for the year.
