There are so many beautiful fountains. From the City of fountain website "The delightfully ornate Seville Light Fountain at the high profile intersection of 47th Street and Mill Creek Parkway is an exact replica of the Plaza de Los Reyes fountain in Kansas City's sister city of Seville, Spain." The architecture of the city is generously accented with these ornate... More

There are so many beautiful fountains in Kansas. I especially love the children's fountain in North Kansas City. Every time I drive past it and see the young girl tippy toeing in the water, it reminds me of my daughter and makes the smile.

Love the fountains throughout the city. Gorgeous sculptured water features characterize the Country Club Plaza and other neighborhoods. The fountains are all unique and having interesting history. During our visit, the fountains on the Plaza were spewing red water in support of the KC Chiefs 2016 season. Fun and festive!

The fountains of Kansas City are many, especially on the Country Club Plaza. We always make a point of taking new visitors to KC down to see the many fountains

Really neat fountains, the kids were definitely enjoying them on the hot July day we were there. Very nice.

Always a treat to see the fountains on the Plaza and throughout the city. Many flow blue with KC Royals wins. I drive by one or a dozen on a regular basis.

I take pictures of all the fountains I visit. Are you an Eagle Scout? There's an Eagle Scout fountain in K.C. Big one, little ones, they're all fun to visit. Do you like geocaching? Many of the fountains have geocaches nearby.

Lots of fountains for sure. Be sure to see them in the summertime of course. Most of them are very ornate and beautiful.

It is a cool place to stop and see if you are over that way, but otherwise it's not worth going out of your way for it.

It's called the City of Fountains for good reason as there seems to be one around every corner. Some are plain and simple, others are more elaborate, and others are real tourist attractions, magnificent fixtures which become magnets for photographers.
