Many of the reviews of Manifesto hit the nail on the head! We were in town for the night and wanted to check this place out. We walked up without a reservation, but were able to get a table right away, as someone no showed their reservation. Sometimes you get lucky! The experience was everything described in these reviews, dimly... More

I was able to get reservations for December 23 so family that was in town for Christmas could go! It is great to have no music so you can hear conversations and the dark atmosphere makes you feel you are really in a Speak easy! Waiter was great and drinks are different but fun!

I'm giving it five stars because of the quality of the drinks. However the rules were a little bit hokey. They give you very dim candles and a menu with small print. Don't try to pull out your phone to read the menu because "that is not allowed "it seems to me like they're trying too hard with the whole... More

My friend and I stopped in early evening on a week day so we were able to get in without a reservation. The atmosphere is a pretty unique place! No lights except candle light and it's down a flight of stairs that makes it feel like a secret place. The drinks were delicious and one of a kind. They are... More

This is a great place to meet friends for drinks and to just relax a bit. It is dark and can sometimes be challenging for extensive conversation, but the atmosphere is amazing and quaint. I love their drinks and they take great time and attention to make them. I love the vibe - super cool place.

We made reservations 2 weeks in advance. The place is super cool and dark. It's slightly claustrophobic when you first get down there until your eyes and body adjust. The drink menu is so extensive with things on it I've never heard of but that's what made it fun. We all sampled each other's drinks and of our 10 drinks... More

We were ushered to the basement of the Rieger into the darkness of Manifesto. We had several candles that we used to pore over the menu and make our beverage choices. We each got different drinks, so we able to try 8 different cocktails by the time we were done. From the bright sunlight to the darkness of the bar,... More

Nice bar! Great drinks! Lovely atmosphere! I went there with two girlfriends and we had a great time. It is dark and the music is not too loud, so you can actually talk to your friends without having to scream. The drinks were really good!

My wife and I went for some pre-dinner drinks. We ended up also having some of their small plates. Bartender was awesome, ambiance was unmatched. It was pricey, but worth it.
