Just happened to round the corner at the library one evening to find the museum. A great throwback into history with a classic car, and its story, greeting upon entry. History of the Rt. 66 is just the start. Examples of menus, articles, motels rooms...More

This was a cute little museum with lots of information. My only recommendation would be to sell more memorabilia. We really wanted some Route 66 souvenirs, but they did not have much.

Small collection of memorabilia from Route 66 doesn't take long to view. Interesting setups of diner, tourist cabin and gas station

I enjoyed the many displays of historical pictures and stories. Not large but big enough to spend some time there and take in the history of the mid-west.

Very interesting and informative. If you are a Route 66 follower, this is definitely worth a stop and best of all it is free.

There are many reviews commenting on the museum’s small size. Sometimes, small is good when you don't have a lot of time. Oh, small doesn’t always mean a small experience. The exhibits are very well presented and there is a great mixture of memorabilia, history,...More
