Don't even bother trying to find this park. It is all closed off to the public! You can put your boat in at Michael's bay if you can find that tiny road way off Michael's bay road and go look at the land scape. It is not being cared for as a public park. It should not even be listed as one. Carter's bay is beautiful and completely closed off to the public as well. Don't waste your time!

Attempted to locate the Blue Jay Creek Provincial Park with marginal success during a recent visit to Manitoulin Island.
The Park has no visible signage that we could locate. The Park is described as being across the river from Michael's Bay. We found Michael's Bay, could see across the river but could not find any access to the Park.
Checked the Ontario Provincial Parks website whereby it stated that there would be no signage. The website unfortunately did not provide any map.
I will say that the Park is located near Tehkummah which is a very beautiful area of Manitoulin Island.
Good luck with your adventures!
