I love being able to walk right in without emptying my wallet at the gate. I can go whenever, and it's great for bringing noisy kids, because you are outside and they are walking everywhere. Great outdoor activity.

being used to the Kansas City zoo this zoo had different animals than we are used to seeing. The exhibits are close together so the walking isn't out of this world. The exhibits are also pretty up close and personal.

We spent the good part of a rainy day here. Didn't get to see everything but very nice zoo! Lovely flowers and sculptures. Very well kept and FREE!

It's great and it's free! Except that you will have to pay for parking. The train around the zoo is a fun must.

We were disappointed in the zoo. We got there late in the afternoon and most of the animals were already inside. I was glad it was free or I would have been upset.

Great zoo with lots of animals from around the world. Most areas include large areas for the animals to move about. Really enjoyed the big cats area. everything was enjoyable.

Always interesting and changing. They display the animals so the public can see them but not restrict the animal too much.

This gem of a zoo is amazing, and free! St Louis is very proud of its zoo, and I've been going there since I was a young child. You can't go wrong here. Even if you're not a zoo fan, you'll appreciate the natural habitats...More

I saw stroller rentals when we walked in, I believe I saw other options as well to assist getting around. The zoo is very large.
