Though it is a beautiful picture opp, it is currently under construction but it is less than one block from the City park.

Nice park, with great views of the arch, over the courthouse. It would be great to see it in the summer, or when an event is going on. Overall worth a stroll through!

Great view if the arch and old court house. the park was nice but it was a bit dirty and there were some homeless people bathing in the fountain. some of the strps are in disrepair.

Just in front of the Courthouse where you get the Arch tickets, a nice spot to rest your feet and take a few photos especially if it's 90 degrees outside.
