The arch is an absolute amazing engineering masterpiece! We had a great time and enjoyed our time. The ride to the top was closed but we have been on it in the past and I must sat it is a great experience. You will love this National Treasure.

Had the misfortune to arrive as the whole site undergoes major refurbishment ! Just my luck but still able to enjoy what we could. The 90 acre park is where Lewis & Clark completed their epic journey of discovery and is on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi ! The area is dominated by the Gateway Arch which is only... More

The Old Courthouse is a can't miss attraction. We wandered in during a pit stop in St. Louis and were pleasantly surprised by the rich history and breathtaking art and architecture inside. Lots of photo opportunities inside and out. The Dred Scott exhibit is moving and worth the visit. Kids can do a fun Jr. Ranger program, too.

This is probably the most popular tourist attraction in St. Louis and perhaps in the Midwest. The City has undertaken a huge project to remodel the grounds of the Arch and make it more easily accessible from the downtown area. The Arch will not change, but the grounds, the museum, the walkways, the parking will all be new and improved.

The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial includes the park on the Mississippi River, the Arch, and the Courthouse just across I-44 to the West. It is bordered on the North by the historic district that is actually where old St. Louis existed and where the Eads Bridge, the first bridge over the Mississippi, still stands. This center of St. Louis is... More

The Gateway Arch is a must see in do if you are visiting St. Louis or if you live in the area and have never been. The grounds and museum are under construction at this time, but going up in the arch and viewing the movie on the construction of the Arch are very well worth your time.

The Gateway Arch currently has a lot of construction going on, but the ride to the top is still the same with a great view of the city and surrounding area. A must see for out of town visitors!
